His promoter was Jos\u00e9 Forteza-Rey who worked as a goldsmith of the cathedral at the same time that Gaud\u00ed made the reform (1904-1914).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The history of the building is quite curious: Jos\u00e9 Forteza Rey built the building for his sons: a pharmacy on the ground floor, a dental clinic on the first floor and the rest as a private residence. The mezzanine was his own house.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">It emphasizes the decorative treatment, the polychrome ceramics of the Mallorcan factory \u00abLa Roqueta\u00bb and the monstrous or rather painful and suffering face, flanked by two winged dragons located on the second floor and above, the dentist sign \u00abDental clinic I. F.
