Carlos Sanagustín Fosset

Carlos has a degree in International Hotel Management (DHI) from the University of the Balearic Islands and an official guide since 2014. A lover of theatre and history, he is our most veteran official guide and has seen this small local company grow since its inception. He is fluent in four languages: Spanish, Catalan, English and French.

He will not hesitate to reveal all his theatrical skills during his visits so that clients discover the history, architecture and curiosities of Palma in a fun and entertaining way.

Eulàlia Serra Ramon

Born in Sa Pobla and with a degree in History from the Universitat de les Illes Balears, Eulàlia is a specialist in Prehistory and Ancient History of the Balearic Islands and in 2016 she became an official guide of the Balearic Islands.

With great passion and humour, he will display all his knowledge of Palma and Mallorca so that all clients can entertainingly discover the city.

His favourite phrase is <<Traveling leaves you speechless and then turns you into a storyteller>>. (Ibn Battuta).

Marina Díaz Marco

Marina has a degree in Tourism and training in Cultural Management, speaks Spanish, Catalan and English and is the latest addition to the Mallorca Free Tour family.

She is in love with travel, which has allowed her to enjoy tours all over the world. Now she has turned her passion into her way of life, and she is delighted to help discover with her tours the city where she was born and raised. Esperança Oliver Ramon

Coming from the beautiful valley of Sòller, in the Sierra de Tramuntana, Esperança has a degree in Tourism from the University of the Balearic Islands and has been an official guide since 2020, she speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
 
Her greatest passions are travelling and enjoying the sea. She will love to take you to her favourite places in Palma and tell you passionately about its history!
 
His favourite quote: “If something good happens to you, travel to celebrate; if something bad happens to you, travel to forget; if nothing happens to you, travel to make it happen”.
 

Silvia Fernández Rodríguez

Silvia has a degree in Tourism from the University of the Balearic Islands and training in Cultural Heritage Management. Silvia saw her dream come true when in 2021, she became the Official Guide of the Balearic Islands. He speaks Spanish, Catalan and English.
 
With the friendliness that characterizes her and with great enthusiasm, she is passionate about travel and nature. She will be delighted to introduce the city where she was born and grew up.

Maria Moreno Morey

Maria is an Official Tourist Guide in the Balearic Islands since 2019 and discovered that this would be her dream job like many of her colleagues in the profession, doing a Free Tour. She speaks English, German, Spanish and Catalan/Majorcan.

He lives in a small village called Santa Eugènia, in the heart of the island, although one could say that his second home is the free and Hanseatic city of Hamburg.

He will not hesitate to show you his favourite spots in the city with great care and enthusiasm.

Alexandre Alemany Moyà

Alex has a degree in tourism from the Universitat de les Illes Balears, has studied a University Expert in Tourist Guide at the Universitat d’Alacant and is an official tourist guide. He speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and German.
 
A lover of Mallorcan history and culture, he will be delighted to show you the beautiful city where he was born and discover details about it that you may not have known.

is a local company in Mallorca created by official tour guides of the Balearic Islands (all our local guides are correctly certified and qualified according to the local regulation of the Balearic Islands (Decree-Law 08/2020 of 13 May 2020).

We aim to work independently to be able to offer you a perspective of the local history told by Mallorcans and away from the big marketing campaigns proposed by international platforms.

We decided to bet on the 100% Majorcan product freely and independently to give a vision, neither better nor worse, but that we live more closely.
